I love all of my clients at Tans by Tink, and I want to make sure everyone feels at home in my friendly studio. That’s why I’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through my doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. LATE CANCELLATIONS
Just Let Me Know
Stuff happens, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. I get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give me a call or shoot me a message letting me know. If you don’t let me know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, I take 50% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to me to find out more.
LATE ARRIVALS
Inform Me in Advance
I understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please text and let me know. Unfortunately, if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be rescheduled at your convenience.
